Bezilamp

Materialized Math

Materializing the construction method used to derive a bezier curve produces a beautiful spatial fabric which acts as a structural bridge between structural moments and an LED tube light. The assembly of these modules into larger clusters through magnetic sphere’s at the structural joints allows the user to modulate the density of light. The resulting construct is a dense lattice of light and shadow implying undulating surfaces and linear grids simultaneously defining each other.
